By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies published on this website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with them, you should not access or use our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Product descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability may be corrected or updated when necessary. Such changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where required to correct an obvious error and permitted by applicable law.

Customers should review the product description and compatibility information before placing an order. For vehicle diagnostic products, available functions may vary depending on the vehicle manufacturer, model, year, engine, control system, and supported protocols.

If you are uncertain about compatibility, please contact us before ordering and provide the vehicle brand, model, year, engine information, and VIN where appropriate.

5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, we may send an automatic acknowledgment email. This acknowledgment confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A binding sales contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation or shipping confirmation, depending on our checkout process.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• The product is unavailable;
• Payment authorization is unsuccessful;
• Billing or order information is incomplete or incorrect;
• We identify an obvious pricing or product-information error;

6. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

The price charged for a product is the price displayed at checkout when you submit your order.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and other mandatory costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase. You will not be charged additional optional costs unless you have expressly agreed to them.

Where legally required, displayed consumer prices include applicable VAT or similar sales taxes.

You agree to provide valid, accurate, and complete billing and payment information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Payment may be processed by Shopify or another authorized third-party payment provider. We do not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined and have no cash value.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are normally processed within approximately 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Standard delivery is estimated to take 3–7 business days after the order has been processed. The total estimated time from placing an order to delivery is therefore approximately 4–8 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

All processing and delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

• The destination;
• Carrier operations;
• Customs procedures;
• Public holidays;
• Severe weather;
• Transportation interruptions;
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
• Remote delivery locations; or
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

We provide free standard shipping on all orders. Any optional expedited delivery service, if available, will be displayed separately during checkout with its applicable price.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are physically delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, other than a carrier independently selected by you, as required by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery.

8. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please ensure that your address includes all necessary information, including:

• Recipient name;
• Street name and building number;
• Apartment, floor, or unit number where applicable;
• Postal code;
• City;
• Country; and
• Valid contact information.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update the information, but changes may not be possible after processing or shipment has begun.

If delivery fails because the customer supplied an incomplete or incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed to collect the parcel, additional delivery costs may apply where legally permitted.

No additional charge will apply where the failed delivery was caused by us or the carrier.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

We offer a voluntary 30-day return period, beginning on the date the customer receives the order, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Consumers in the European Union may also have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

This statutory withdrawal right exists independently of our voluntary return period.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products.

10. LEGAL GUARANTEE AND PRODUCT CONFORMITY

Products must conform to the sales contract and comply with applicable consumer-protection law.

If a product is defective, does not function as described, or does not possess the agreed characteristics, the customer may be entitled to an appropriate legal remedy, which may include:

For purchases subject to Danish consumer law, eligible consumers generally have a statutory complaint period of up to two years for qualifying defects, subject to applicable legal conditions.

Any commercial warranty offered for a product is additional to and does not replace or limit mandatory statutory rights.

Automotive diagnostic tools should be used only on compatible vehicles and systems.

Advanced functions—including coding, programming, active tests, bidirectional control, injector coding, and immobilizer-related functions—should be performed only by trained or experienced users.

Incorrect operation may affect vehicle settings, electronic systems, or control modules. Customers should obtain professional assistance when they do not have the necessary technical knowledge.

This section does not exclude responsibility for a defective or unsafe product or otherwise limit mandatory consumer rights.

Consumers may bring legal claims before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable national and European Union consumer-protection rules.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively in Denmark where applicable law permits proceedings in the consumer’s country of residence.

25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, technical, security, or business changes.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to orders placed before the revised Terms became effective unless required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.
