Welcome to itksnl.shop. This website and online store are operated by Commissioning ApS. Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Commissioning ApS and itksnl.shop.

We provide this website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services available through it, subject to these Terms of Service.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies published on this website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with them, you should not access or use our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and prices may be corrected or updated when necessary. Such changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted, except where required to correct an obvious error and permitted by applicable law.

If a product you receive is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, we may send an automatic acknowledgment email. This acknowledgment confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A binding sales contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation or shipping confirmation, depending on our checkout process.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • The product is unavailable;
  • Payment authorization is unsuccessful;
  • The billing or order information appears incorrect;
  • We identify an obvious pricing or product-information error;
  • We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity;
  • The order violates purchase limits or applicable law; or
  • We cannot deliver to the specified address.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method.

You must review your order information carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at lisahill1915@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing or shipment has begun.

6. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

The price charged for a product is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and other mandatory charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase. You will not be charged additional optional costs unless you have expressly agreed to them.

Where legally required, displayed consumer prices include applicable VAT or similar sales taxes.

You agree to provide valid, accurate, and complete billing and payment information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Payment may be processed by Shopify or another third-party payment provider. We do not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined and have no cash value.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout where applicable.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, other than a carrier independently selected by you, as required by applicable consumer law.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.

If an order is returned because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was refused or not collected, additional delivery costs may apply where legally permitted and where the customer is responsible for the failed delivery.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

We offer a voluntary 30-day return period, subject to the eligibility requirements stated in that policy.

Consumers in the European Union may also have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible distance purchases within 14 days without giving a reason. This statutory right exists independently of our voluntary return policy.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or non-conforming goods.

9. LEGAL GUARANTEE AND CONFORMITY

Products must conform to the sales contract and comply with applicable consumer-protection law.

Your sales contract is with Commissioning ApS, not Shopify. We are responsible for products sold through itksnl.shop, customer service, returns, and compliance with applicable consumer law.

Shopify may process certain personal and technical information as described in Shopify’s applicable privacy notices and our Privacy Policy.

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and contracts concluded through itksnl.shop are governed by the laws of Denmark, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of habitual residence.

If you are a consumer, you may bring a legal claim in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively in Denmark where applicable law permits proceedings in the consumer’s country of residence.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, technical, security, or business changes.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to orders placed before the revised Terms became effective unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.
